Turners Group NZ Ltd is a market-leading automotive retailer in New Zealand and part of Turners Automotive Group. We are seeking a finance and insurance sales specialist who enjoys building relationships, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and thriving in a fast-paced setting.

You will act as the key liaison between customers and lenders, assist with finance and insurance enquiries, help develop sales and customer service strategies, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance

Qualifications

Experience in lending, finance, banking, insurance, or B2C sales.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers from diverse backgrounds.
Customer-first mindset and passion for helping people achieve goals.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Full New Zealand driver’s licence is desirable.

Responsibilities

Act as key liaison between our customers and lenders.
Assist with customer enquiries for finance and insurance products.
Assist in the development and implementation of sales and customer services strategies.
Accurately complete any documentation relating to the sale and purchase of finance as directed.
Ensure compliance in all areas by adhering to all processes as prescribed by the GMF&I or Regional Managers.
