Job summary

Turners Group NZ Ltd is seeking a customer-focused salesperson to serve as the primary liaison between customers and lenders, helping clients secure finance and insurance solutions.

The role emphasizes relationship-building in a fast-paced environment, with training and ongoing support to develop new skills. A five-day roster is required, including weekends, with opportunities for career growth within a market-leading organisation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in lending, finance, banking, insurance, or B2C sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as key liaison between customers and lenders.
• Assist with customer enquiries for finance and insurance products.
• Assist in developing and implementing sales and customer service strategies.
• Accurately complete documentation relating to the sale and purchase of finance as directed.
• Ensure compliance in all areas by adhering to processes prescribed by GMF&I or Regional Managers.

• Ability to work a five-day roster, including weekends.
• Full New Zealand driver's licence is desirable.
