Job summary

Wise Group is seeking a proactive Finance Business Partner to support the financial management of our entities from Hamilton East. The role offers flexible/hybrid work options, development opportunities, and an in-house lunch program three days a week. You will partner with leaders to provide trusted advice and insightful reporting.

You’ll build relationships, deliver timely financial forecasts, and help shape continuous improvement while occasionally traveling across the motu as needed.

• Fixed-term, full-time role + Based in Hamilton East + Beautiful office environment

Fixed-term to February 2028 | Full-time (40 hours per week) but we would consider 30 or 32 for the right person.

In this role, you’ll work closely with leaders, managers, and staff to provide trusted advice, insightful reporting, and high-quality financial services. You’ll be a key contributor to continuous improvement and help shape the financial success of our organisation.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Building strong business partnering relationships with entity leaders and teams
• Delivering accurate, customer-focused financial reports and forecasts
• Collaborating across teams to foster a positive and energised work environment
• Identify and communicate financial risks and opportunities

You’ll be working Monday to Friday with the flexibility to work from both home and the office. We work across the motu so some travel may be required.
