Gallagher Group Limited in Hamilton, New Zealand, is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead our Final Assembly team and drive safety, quality, delivery, and people performance across the operation.

You will coordinate labour and resources, set expectations, support training, and champion continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing practices while collaborating with Planning, Quality, Engineering, Stores, and other teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing or production teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Ability to coach and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations ensuring targets, quality and customer commitments.
• Coordinate labour, skills and resources to maximise productivity.
• Set expectations, guide performance and recognise achievements.
• Support training, development, and growth opportunities.
• Allocate resources effectively and adapt to changing priorities.
