Job summary

NBCUniversal's Universal Pictures NZ division in Auckland invites applications for a part-time Publicity & Creative Services Intern. You will support the marketing team across publicity, social and creative services, with administration duties and campaign brainstorming.

The role offers hands-on experience across film campaigns, screenings, and digital content planning, requiring strong PowerPoint/Excel skills and a passion for film. You will need to be enrolled full-time in an eligible program.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in studies for the full duration of the internship.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel; Canva/CapCut/Photoshop advantageous.
• Strong communication and team-work abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Publicity, Partnerships & Social Manager with campaign tasks.
• Attend weekly WIPs and contribute creative ideas.
• Assist with social content planning and scheduling.
• Support in pulling presentations for internal/head-office stakeholders.
• Help with admin tasks and budget/PO processes in SAP where needed.
