- Maintain and repair a broad range of equipment including wheel loaders, material handlers and excavators
- Diagnose faults and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems
- Carry out major and minor services
- Perform maintenance and component replacements
- Complete fabrication and new machine builds as required
- Complete service reporting and manufacturers documentation
- Expand and maintain customer relationships in the field
- Deal directly with key customers
- Adhere to safety guidelines in the workplace
Requirements
- Relevant trade qualification
- At least 1 year relevant work experience
- Strong diagnostic skills and fault-finding ability
- Flexibility to travel to customer sites and work over-time as required
- A current driver’s license
- Forklift and Air conditioning accreditation advantageous
- Basic Word and Excel abilities
- Commitment to maintain, and adhere to safety guidelines in the workplace
