KONE in Auckland is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our New Building Solutions team, based in Grey Lynn and covering NZ South Island and North Island regions. You will spend a large portion of the time in the field developing business to drive sales and achieve growth.

Formación

• 5+ years' experience in a similar sales role.
• Lift Industry experience is desirable but not essential.
• Sales experience within construction/building services or related industries preferred.
• Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Strong reporting and analytical capabilities with ability to interpret data and identify trends.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients across the lift industry.
• Understand customer needs and requirements to maximise lead conversion opportunities.
• Prepare accurate estimates, tenders, and quotations for both small and large-scale projects.
• Identify and drive up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Proactively engage with prospective, dormant, and lapsed clients to generate new business opportunities and expand market presence.
