Job summary

Crown Lift Trucks New Zealand is seeking an enthusiastic Aftermarket Sales Rep for the Lower North Island, based in Palmerston North. You will build strong customer relationships, manage your own territory, identify opportunities, pursue leads, and promote aftermarket service solutions while collaborating with regional sales and service teams.

Ideal candidates may be recent graduates or those with sales or customer service experience, motivated, resilient, and eager to learn.

The role

We\'re looking for a motivated Aftermarket Sales Rep to join our Sales team in our Lower North Island region, following an internal promotion. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their sales career who is eager to learn, develop their sales skills, and build a successful career with a market-leading business.

Based in Palmerston North, you\'ll spend your time meeting with our customers throughout the region, developing strong relationships, identifying opportunities, pursuing leads and cold calling, and helping businesses get the most from our aftermarket service solutions. You\'ll have the freedom to manage your own territory while being supported by the experienced and collaborative sales and service teams around you.

The role combines account management, business development, and sales growth, with a strong focus on building lasting customer partnerships and identifying new opportunities. For the right person, there\'s significant opportunity to develop your career and increase your earnings through performance-based incentives.

There is lots of flexibility in the role and you will work closely with our operations teams around the region.

Requirements
