About the Role

WhatJobs Direct is seeking a dynamic Field Installation Supervisor to oversee our Installation & Maintenance projects in the Mahikeng, North West region. This hybrid role involves both on-site supervision of installation teams and remote coordination and reporting. You will be responsible for ensuring that all installations are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of installation processes within the (specify industry, e.g., construction, telecommunications, industrial equipment) sector, and excellent project management abilities. You will lead and mentor field crews, conduct site inspections, manage resources, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients on installation sites. This position requires the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain clear communication channels with all stakeholders, both in person and remotely. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage on-site installation teams, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Installation Supervisor, Field Supervisor, or similar leadership role in a relevant industry.
• Strong knowledge of installation methodologies, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
• Proficiency in project management and scheduling tools.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and crews.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
• Must be willing to travel to various job sites within the Mahikeng area and surrounding regions.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
