Responsibilities

• Visit franchise locations 4 times a week across New Zealand.
• Establish and maintain relationships with franchisees.
• Motivate franchisees to meet student enrolment goals.
• Motivate franchisees to meet student enrolment, retention and instructional goals.
• Develop and implement plans to provide support that drives student and business growth.
• Resolve conflicts and provide business solutions in collaboration with the team leader and franchisee.
• Act as a positive ambassador promoting the Kumoneducation brand.

The role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with customer service and coaching skills to work with franchisees in all facets of business development as well as providing them with educational support. With full training, ongoing mentoring and support, you will work with and guide franchisees across New Zealand to achieve their business goals.

In this role, you will:

• Visit our franchise locations 4 times a week across New Zealand and our office located in Parnell, Auckland
• Travel interstate and locally with overnight stays
• Establish and maintain trusting relationships with franchisees
• Motivate franchisees to meet student enrolment, student retention and instructional goals
• Implement development plans and proposals to provide support that leads to student and business growth
• Resolve conflict and provide business solutions in consultation with the team leader and franchisee
• Be a positive ambassador in the promotion of our brand!

What do you need to succeed in this early career role?

• A current driver’s licence and own vehicle (essential)
