You will meet with residential and commercial customers, assess energy needs, and tailor quotes while coordinating with technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The role emphasizes self-motivation, results-driven performance and the ability to travel across Auckland, Hamilton and Tauranga for customer meetings.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in a target-driven environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience or knowledge in renewable energy is required.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales through calls, emails, referrals and networking.
• Meet with residential and commercial customers to understand energy needs.
• Recommend tailored solar solutions and prepare quotes.
• Manage sales pipeline and drive opportunities to close.
• Build strong customer relationships and create referral opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical and installation teams to ensure a great customer experience.
