Oranga Tamariki – Ministry for Children in Hamilton is seeking a Care & Protection Coordinator to lead Family Group Conferences, working with whānau, hapū and professionals to create safe care solutions for tamariki and rangatahi.

You will need strong facilitation and mediation skills, experience in social services, and the ability to engage diverse communities while preparing clear, impactful reports and plans.

Qualificações

• Strong facilitation, mediation, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience and/or qualifications in social services.
• Proven ability to work with Māori and diverse communities.
• Understanding Te Reo Māori, tikanga, and Māori perspectives desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; report writing ability.
• Integrity, sound judgement and teamwork in community settings.
