Job summary

Frame Retail’s head office in North Shore seeks an experienced Production Coordinator to oversee offshore production for multiple fashion brands from start to finish. You will work closely with design and product development, coordinating offshore factories and suppliers with strong organisational skills and clear communication.

Ideally you have a minimum of 3 years in a similar role, knowledge of offshore production, and the ability to manage critical paths while solving production issues and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Production Assistant or Coordinator role.
• Knowledge of off-shore production and experience dealing with international suppliers.
• Technical understanding of garment quality and finish.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Organised approach with strong critical path management and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Management of off-shore production from start to finish.
• Placing orders and communicating with off-shore suppliers to manage production deadlines.
• Solving production changes and sourcing alternatives as needed.
• Approving PP and SS samples and overseeing QC.
• Organising freight and logistics.
