Job summary

Trelise Cooper is seeking a meticulous Production and Sampling Coordinator to manage the end-to-end production and sampling process for luxury fashion items. You will collaborate with design, sourcing and manufacturing teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to brand standards, while maintaining pristine production records and sample inventories.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production and sampling from concept to delivery, ensuring timelines.
• Collaborate with design, sourcing and manufacturing to develop high-quality samples.
• Maintain accurate records of production schedules and material usage.
• Liaise with external suppliers to oversee sampling and ensure brand specs.
• Conduct quality checks on samples to meet luxury standards and provide feedback.
• Assist in preparation of seasonal collections and ensure timely sample production.
• Support inventory management for production materials.
