• Qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Child and Youth Care, or a related field.
• Experience working directly with families in a support or counseling capacity.
• Knowledge of child development, family dynamics, and common family stressors.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse family populations.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation for home visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home support and guidance to families facing challenges.
• Assist families in developing effective parenting strategies and positive discipline techniques.
• Connect families with essential community resources and services (e.g., healthcare, education, housing).
• Conduct assessments to identify family strengths and areas needing support.
• Facilitate family meetings and case conferences as needed.
