This permanent part-time role (32 hours per week) focuses on delivering outstanding customer service to customers and donors, processing and pricing donations, and maintaining store presentation while meeting health & safety and SOP requirements.
The Salvation Army hasover 130 Family Stores that sell a range of quality donated goods, ranging from clothing, furniture, linen and homeware. We aren't your typical retail store, no two days are the same in terms of our customers, the number of donations received, or what you may find while processing and pricing goods to sell.
This role is critical to our stores success and primarily responsible for providing our customers and donors alike with an excellent experience that leads to repeat visits.
We are looking for a customer service all-rounder, with a keen eye for detail and an ability to work in a fast paced, high stock volume retail environment. On any given day, tasks can switch between serving and greeting customers and donors on the shop floor, to working in the stock processing area.
You will have a collaborative approach and be a team player, as you work closely with your colleagues to achieve desired outcomes and targets.

This role is a Permanent part-time, hours of work are 32 hours per week. Please note, Family stores operate on some public holidays.
This role may require the preferred candidate too work a varied roster between Monday - Saturday.
