Job summary

Jora New Zealand is seeking Food and Beverage staff to join our founding team on the West Coast. This full-time, permanent role focuses on delivering outstanding service across restaurant operations and ensuring guest satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have 12 months of hospitality or F&B experience, an LCQ certificate, knowledge of cocktails and wines, excellent communication, and flexible availability for AM/PM shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

• 12 months verifiable experience in hospitality or F&B service.
• LCQ certificate is required.
• Solid knowledge of cocktails, wine and beverage service.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Flexible to work AM and PM shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Knowledge of dietary and cultural requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service across restaurant operations.
