Oaks Wellington Hotel, part of Minor Hotels, is seeking enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendants for a part-time role. You will greet guests, take orders, assist with menu recommendations, and deliver Food & Beverages with warm, professional service to ensure memorable dining experiences.

We value reliability, a friendly demeanor, RSA certification, and the ability to work across a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Competenze

• Previous experience as a waitstaff, bartender, or in a similar hospitality role.
• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
• A warm and approachable demeanour with a positive attitude.
• Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service.
• Professional presentation and exceptional communication skills.
• Reliability, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Oaks Wellington Hotel are looking for enthusiastic and service-driven Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team on a part-time basis.

As a valued team member, you'll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences by:

• Taking Guest Orders: Accurately and attentively recording orders to accommodate guest preferences.


• Menu Expertise and Recommendations: Confidently recommending food and beverage options


• Serving Food & Beverages: Providing professional and efficient service, while ensuring guest satisfaction.


• Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Engaging warmly with guests, promptly addressing their needs, and striving to exceed their expectations.

Shift Details (subject to change):

• Breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts


• Rotating roster across Monday through to Sunday


• Split shifts may be required on some days

Qualifications
