Job summary

Oaks Wellington Hotel, part of Minor Hotels, is seeking a friendly Food and Beverage Attendant. You will assist with breakfast, lunch and dinner service, taking orders, making recommendations and delivering courteous guest service in a fast-paced setting.

The role is a 6-week casual term with shifts across seven days, including weekends and public holidays. Reliability and strong communication are essential to exceed guest expectations.

Job Description

Oaks Wellington Hotelare looking for an enthusiastic and service-driven Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team on a 6 weeks fixed casual term.

This role includes breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts with flexibility required across all seven days, including weekends and public holidays.

As a valued team member, you will contribute to memorable guest experiences by:

• Accurately taking and processing guest food and beverage orders
• Demonstrating strong menu knowledge and confidently making recommendations
• Delivering professional, efficient and friendly table service
• Providing exceptional customer service and exceeding guest expectations

Shift Details (subject to change):

• Monday to Sunday 6.00 am to 10.00 pm

Qualifications

Successful candidates will have:

• A warm and approachable demeanour with a positive attitude.
• Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service.
• Previous experience in a waitstaff or bartenderposition.
• Professional presentation and exceptional communication skills.
• Reliability, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
