Job summary

NoMoss NZ Ltd in Beachlands is hiring an Exterior Cleaning Technician. You’ll perform house washing, water blasting, roof treatments and other exterior cleaning tasks, with training provided.

We value reliability, practical hands‑on attitude, ability to work outdoors, and the willingness to learn. A current NZ driver licence and ability to arrive at Beachlands base by 8:30am are required. 32–40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with Sunday work paid at 1.5x.

Qualifications

• Valid New Zealand driver licence and Beachlands arrival by 8:30am.

NoMoss is a growing exterior cleaning business serving homes and commercial properties across East Auckland and the Pohutukawa Coast.

We’re looking for a reliable, practical person who takes pride in doing good work and wants the opportunity to learn, develop and take on more responsibility as the business grows.

Experience in exterior cleaning, property maintenance or a practical trade would be useful, but it isn’t essential. We can teach the technical skills to someone with the right attitude.
