Job summary

NoMoss NZ Ltd in Beachlands is hiring an Exterior Cleaning Technician. You’ll perform house washing, water blasting, roof treatments and other exterior cleaning tasks, with training provided.

We value reliability, practical hands‑on attitude, ability to work outdoors, and the willingness to learn. A current NZ driver licence and ability to arrive at Beachlands base by 8:30am are required. 32–40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with Sunday work paid at 1.5x.

Qualifications

• Reliability and punctuality for on-site work.
• Willingness to learn and accept feedback to improve.
• Practical, physically capable, comfortable outdoors.
• Good communication with customers and team.
• Valid New Zealand driver licence and Beachlands arrival by 8:30am.

Responsibilities

• Horse washing, water blasting, roof treatments and other exterior cleaning tasks.
• Preparing and protecting customers’ properties before work begins.
• Operating and caring for professional cleaning equipment.
• Communicating respectfully with customers.
• Following safety procedures and job checklists.
• Working independently and with a small team.
• Taking ownership of the quality and completion of each job.
