Job summary

The Pride, part of Lion, is seeking an Export Logistics Executive for a 12-month secondment in Auckland, New Zealand. You will coordinate export orders end-to-end, liaising with freight forwarders, warehousing, production and logistics to ensure accurate, on-time delivery for a portfolio of global customers.

Ideal candidates are curious, detail-driven and excellent communicators who thrive in cross-functional teams and enjoy solving complex logistics challenges.

The Role

Coordinate export orders end-to-end for a portfolio of global customers, coordinating across freight, warehousing, production and logistics to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.

• Build trusted relationships with a portfolio of global customers and managing their export orders from start to finish
• Receive and processing customer orders with accuracy and care
• Work closely with freight forwarders, warehousing, production and logistics teams to keep everything moving
• Stay proactive, following up, problem-solving and ensuring orders land on time
• Own the admin that keeps us compliant and efficient, including invoices, documentation, and reporting

This is a 12-month secondment opportunity based at The Pride.
