Job summary

The Pride, Lion Pty Ltd's flagship export arm, is seeking an Export Logistics Executive in Auckland for a 12-month secondment. You will coordinate export orders end-to-end across freight, warehousing, production and logistics to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.

Join a collaborative team and contribute to scalable processes, accurate documentation, and proactive problem-solving while building strong relationships with global customers.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with global customers and manage export orders end to end
• Receive and process customer orders with accuracy
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, warehousing, production and logistics to keep shipments moving
• Proactively follow up, resolve issues and ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain admin, invoices, documentation and reporting to stay compliant and efficient

The Role

Coordinate export orders end-to-end for a portfolio of global customers, coordinating across freight, warehousing, production and logistics to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.

• Build trusted relationships with a portfolio of global customers and managing their export orders from start to finish
• Receive and processing customer orders with accuracy and care
• Work closely with freight forwarders, warehousing, production and logistics teams to keep everything moving
• Stay proactive, following up, problem-solving and ensuring orders land on time
• Own the admin that keeps us compliant and efficient, including invoices, documentation, and reporting

This is a 12-month secondment opportunity based at The Pride.
