GIB® Plasterboard is seeking reliable Production Operators for our Tauriko plant to join a high-volume, safety-led manufacturing team. You will set up equipment, monitor performance, diagnose issues and adjust operations to keep lines running safely and efficiently.

You will work on rotating day/night 12-hour shifts, with occasional Saturday work. A forklift licence is preferred, and there are strong opportunities for training and growth within Fletcher Building.

Formación

• Experience in a manufacturing/technical operating environment preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with machinery.
• Good numeracy and attention to detail.
• Clear communication and teamwork.
• Strong commitment to health, safety and quality.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, operate and adjust production equipment in board/jointing/finishing areas.
• Monitor process performance and respond to alarms or deviations.
• Replenish production lines to maintain output.
• Carry out quality checks to ensure product meets standards.
• Safely operate forklifts and other plant equipment.
