Job summary

The Doctors Medical Centres in Papakura is seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our patient-focused team. You will greet patients, manage appointments and handle a range of administrative tasks in a fast-paced clinic. You should have 2+ years’ experience and be warm, professional, calm under pressure, with Medtech Evolution experience.

NZ residency or valid work permit is required. This is a permanent full‑time position (40 hours across 5 days, Monday to Friday).

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience as a medical receptionist or similar role.
• Experience with Medtech Evolution is essential.
• Warm, friendly, professional with strong patient‑service orientation.
• Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously in a busy clinic.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check-in, manage appointments and phone inquiries.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling and front-desk administration.
