Job summary

Fulton Hogan is seeking an experienced Loader Operator to join our Ashburton team, operating a loader alongside a portable crushing plant to deliver safe, high-quality work for customers across Canterbury.

You’ll work with modern plant, including a Volvo L180K, and have opportunities for training, development and career progression within a supportive team that values safety, reliability and good workmanship.

Qualifications

• Class 2 licence with WTR endorsements is required.
• Experience operating loaders or heavy machinery.
• Willingness to work away from home when required.
• Strong safety awareness and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate loaders and load the crusher plant; manage stockpiling.
• Carry out daily machine checks and monitor portable plant.
• Deliver safe, high-quality work on time.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
• Support the team across Ashburton and surrounding areas.
