Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific in Auckland is seeking an Experienced Commercial Facilities Manager to lead day-to-day operations across mixed-grade commercial assets. You will oversee contractors across building services, cleaning, security and maintenance, and drive compliance, safety and essential services.

You will manage operating budgets, support capital works, conduct site inspections and build strong relationships with clients and tenants while leading sustainability and reporting initiatives.

Qualifications

• FM experience in commercial property environments.
• Strong knowledge of building operations and compliance.
• Experience managing maintenance programs, budgets, contracts.
• Understanding of health & safety, risk management and essential services.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and customer service focus.
• Well organised with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

• Previous Facilities Management experience within commercial property environments - essential
• Strong knowledge of building operations, contractor management and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing maintenance programs, budgets and service contracts.
• Sound understanding of health & safety, risk management and essential services.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with a strong customer service focus.
• Well organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
