We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced part-time retail/cafe assistant who will provide excellent customer service while also assisting in the smooth operation of the cafe. This position will ideally suit someone with previous experience in a fast-paced retail/cafe environment, barista experience is an advantage.

To be successful you:

• Must have minimum of two years' experience in a fast-paced cafe/retail environment.
• Be reliable and have a passion for food and hospitality, ensuring every customer has a memorable experience.
• Have a high attention to detail and dedication to maintaining standards
• Be physically fit and work with a sense of urgency
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional manner
• Have a positive attitude and great initiative
• Able to work as part of a team and independently
• Flexible in availability as our Café operates 7 days a week, one weekend day required, minimum 24 hours per week
