MSD in Wellington is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join a busy leadership team. You will manage complex diaries, emails and information flows for the General Manager, coordinate meetings and logistics, and provide trusted support to enable strategic and operational priorities.
Working in a values-driven environment, you will liaise with senior leaders and partners, exercise sound judgement and discretion, and help ensure high-quality services to New Zealanders.
Based at National Office in Wellington
You will be part of a busy, values-driven leadership environment, working closely with senior leaders and wider business groups. The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in enabling leaders and teams to focus on strategic and operational priorities, our people, our partners, and the delivery of high-quality services to New Zealanders. This is a varied and fast-paced role that requires initiative, sound judgement, discretion, and strong organisational capability.
You will provide advanced executive diary and information management, supporting the GM to focus on their highest priority strategic and operational work. Using sound judgement and situational awareness, you will prioritise time and activity to ensure the right meetings happen at the right time and that critical people, issues, and decisions receive appropriate focus. You will proactively manage complex diaries, meetings, correspondence, and logistics, anticipating issues and responding effectively to changing priorities. As a trusted point of contact, you will support the GM and their leadership team by coordinating information, enabling effective decision making, and confidently engaging with stakeholders to progress work on the GM's behalf.
Salary | Utu-ā-tau : $79,200.00 - $95,873.00
