We're looking for a proactive and organised Events Advisor to plan, coordinate, and deliver a range of events that support our brand and stakeholder engagement. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of events, ensuring they are well executed, on time, and run smoothly.
You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate event and sponsorship activity, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities.
The majority of our events are industry-led and delivered in partnership with external organisations. These include apprentice and industry award competitions, careers expos, conference attendance and trade events. You will work closely with our partners to maximise engagement, manage event logistics and exhibition stands at events across New Zealand. This role focuses on coordinating and enabling successful delivery through our BCITO employees who represent the organisation.
