Job summary

The Warehouse Group in New Zealand is seeking a PM Pick By Store Team Member (Fixed Term Until Feb 2027) to help move products from our warehouse to store shelves across Aotearoa. You’ll pick, pack, and prepare pallets, using RF scanners and collaborating with a great team in a fast-paced DC.

This fixed-term role runs through the peak season, typically Monday to Friday, with shifts from 2:00pm to 10:30pm. A valid MHE licence, physical fitness, and strong teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• Have previous warehouse or DC experience (preferred).
• Hold a current MHE licence (or be keen to learn for future opportunities).
• Physically fit and able to lift, bend and move stock.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
• Able to work at pace while maintaining accuracy.

Our Distribution Centre is one of the biggest in the country, and during peak season, it's go-time. We're growing our DC whānau to meet demand - and that's where you come in.

Job Description

Our Pick by Store team is the heartbeat of our store deliveries. You'll be:

• Picking stock accurately for store orders using RF scanners
• Building and wrapping pallets ready for safe transport
• Working efficiently to meet daily targets and deadlines
• Keeping your workspace clean, tidy, and safe
• Teaming up with others to keep the DC moving smoothly

This is a fixed term position until the end of February 2027. Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 10:30pm $30.28/hr Please note: This role is to support our peak period through to February 2027. As it is our busiest time of the year, we are unlikely to be able to approve any extended leave across this time including around Christmas and New Years (Please note, we do not work public holidays).
