Job summary

NZME, one of New Zealand's iconic media brands, seeks an Outbound Telesales Consultant to grow newspaper subscriptions in Auckland. This part-time role runs 5.00 p.m.

to 8.00 p.m., Monday to Friday, and you will build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and present tailored offers that deliver value — all while helping connect New Zealanders with trusted journalism. You'll join a high-energy sales team, receive comprehensive training and coaching, and enjoy competitive base pay plus

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales, customer service or a contact centre environment.
• Confident communicating over the telephone with strong listening skills.
• Ability to tailor pitches, entry accuracy and data handling.
• Motivation to meet and exceed sales targets and align with NZME values.
