Job summary

New Zealand Couriers based at our Penrose branch in Auckland is seeking Freight Sorters for a fast-paced, physically demanding role. You will sort and load parcels to meet courier dispatch deadlines, while helping keep the depot clean and safe.

This is a fixed-term, part-time position ending 24 December 2026, working 20 hours per week from Monday to Friday, 4pm–8pm. Successful applicants will provide NZ work rights and pass pre-employment checks.

Qualifications

• Reliable, physically capable and safety-focused.
• Able to lift within limits and stand for long periods.
• Strong commitment to Health and Safety practices.
• Good knowledge of local and national geography.
• Warehousing or depot experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Sort and load parcels accurately and efficiently.
• Work to strict dispatch cut-off deadlines.
• Maintain depot cleanliness and organisation.
• Follow all Health and Safety procedures and guidelines.
