Job summary

Stellar Recruitment in Tauranga is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our industrial services engineering projects team. You will prepare estimates, review scopes, identify risks, and develop execution methodologies aligned with capabilities and client requirements.

Working with operations and technical stakeholders, you’ll bridge tender submissions and project delivery, contribute to continuous improvement, and help deliver competitive proposals across diverse industrial maintenance,

Are you an experienced estimator, planner, or project professional looking for your next challenge? We're seeking an Estimator to join an established engineering business supporting industrial maintenance, mechanical, construction and coatings projects. Working closely with operational teams, you'll develop accurate estimates, practical work plans and commercially sound proposals that support successful project delivery.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for preparing estimates, reviewing project scopes, identifying risks and developing execution methodologies that align with operational capability and client requirements.

Working alongside experienced operational and technical stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in bridging the gap between tender submissions and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates for tenders, quotes and project proposals.
