Job summary

Public Trust is looking for a Trustee to help protect families and manage estates with empathy and professionalism. You will join a 200-strong NZ-wide team, handling estate planning conversations, probate support, and front-line customer service.

You will provide administrative support to Principal and Senior Trustees, ensure accurate records, and maintain confidentiality. A calm, collaborative approach is essential for success in our Retail team.

Qualifications

• Experience in estate administration or trusts is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly to clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide estate management and administrative support to Trustees.
• Prepare probate applications and manage case documents.
• Maintain accurate client records and protect sensitive data.
• Conduct interviews for Wills and Enduring Power of Attorney when needed.
• Deliver excellent service and resolve customer inquiries promptly.
