• Learning Support: Assist teachers with classroom activities; deliver targeted literacy and numeracy support to individuals and small groups.
• Assessment & Tracking: Help prepare, administer, and check assessments; monitor and document student progress; support IEPs/ILPs.
• Reporting & Collaboration: Maintain student records; submit regular progress reports to the Head of ESOL; collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families.
• Professional Engagement: Attend school briefings, ESOL team meetings, and PLD sessions.
• School Culture: Uphold Tangaroa College values and commit to Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
