Job summary

Randstad in New Zealand is seeking a Financial Controller to own the accounting operations for our new manufacturing site. You will partner with the Head of Finance to build robust controls, lead a finance team, and drive timely close cycles.

As a key operational leader, you will optimize product costing, inventory valuation, and cost variance analyses while collaborating with global HQ to digitalise financial workflows.

Qualifications

• Solid, hands-on NZ financial leadership experience in large-scale FMCG or manufacturing environments.
• Exceptional enterprise systems knowledge (SAP/U9) and manufacturing cost modules expertise.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with recognised professional accounting qualifications (CA/CPA).

The Role
