• Build solutions and provide technical guidance as a trusted advisor, ensuring AWS environments remain operationally healthy while reducing cost and complexity
• Develop trusting relationships with customers at all levels, understanding their business needs and technical challenges to drive meaningful technology discussions about incidents, trade-offs, and risk management
• Consult with a range of stakeholders from developers through to C-suite executives, crafting strategies that help customers achieve their business objectives through effective cloud adoption
• Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Sales Account Managers to deliver comprehensive customer support
• Proactively identify opportunities for customers to gain additional value from AWS, including providing detailed reviews of service disruptions, metrics, and pre-launch planning
