Auckland ENT Group in Auckland, New Zealand, is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our busy front-of-house team. You will handle reception, patient inquiries, appointments, registrations and billing, ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering warm, professional patient care.

This hands-on role involves assisting Consultants with examinations, preparing rooms, and coordinating with GPs and external providers.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Welcoming patients and managing all front reception duties.
• Answering incoming calls and responding to email enquiries.
• Booking and coordinating patient appointments and clinic schedules.
• Managing patient registrations, billing and invoicing.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Liaising with Consultants, hospitals, GPs and external healthcare providers.
• Preparing rooms and equipment for consultations and procedures.
• Cleaning and maintaining medical instruments and endoscopes in accordance with clinical protocols.
• Assisting Consultants during examinations and minor procedures.
• Providing general administrative and clinical support to ensure the smooth running of the practice.
