Ryman Healthcare is seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our clinical leadership team as the Unit Coordinator for the Serviced Apartment Unit at James Wattie Retirement Village in Havelock North. This full-time role runs Sunday to Thursday, 0800 - 1630 with a shared on-call component.

You will lead the serviced apartments, oversee the team, ensure high-quality resident care, and maintain accurate documentation while supporting the clinical manager.

Qualifications

• A current Enrolled Nurse Practicing Certificate.
• Ability to lead, share knowledge and motivate your team.
• Drive and passion to deliver first class care to our residents.
• Concise documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage the serviced apartments and ensure compassionate and excellent quality care is provided to all residents.
• Coordinate and oversee the performance of all members of the serviced apartment team.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation is completed.
• Support the clinical manager.
