Job summary

Ryman Healthcare is seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join the clinical leadership team as the Unit Coordinator for the Serviced Apartment Unit at James Wattie Retirement Village, Havelock North. This full-time role runs Sunday to Thursday, 0800–1630, with a shared on-call component.

You will lead the serviced apartment team, ensure high-quality resident care, oversee documentation, and support the clinical manager in daily operations.

• Current Enrolled Nurse Practising Certificate.
• Ability to lead, share knowledge and motivate your team.

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our clinical leadership team as a Unit Coordinator for the Serviced Apartment Unit at James Wattie Retirement Village located in Havelock North. This is a Full Time role working Sunday to Thursday , 0800 - 1630 with a shared on-call component.

As the Serviced Apartment - Unit Coordinator, you will use your nursing and people skills to:

• Effectively manage the serviced apartments and ensure compassionate and excellent quality care is provided to all residents
• Coordinate and oversee the performance of all members of the serviced apartment team
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation is completed
• Support the clinical manager

About You
