Job summary

Stellar Recruitment is partnering with a Nelson-based, well-established engineering company to hire an experienced Tradesperson. Ideally you will be a trade-qualified Fabricator Welder or Fitter/Turner, with strong practical skills and a solid work ethic.

This role offers consistent hours in a supportive workshop team with a well-equipped facility. Pay is competitive at $40–$45 per hour, with opportunities for longer-term, stable work.

Qualifications

• Trade-qualified Fabricator Welder or Fitter/Turner.
• Experience in a general engineering or fabrication workshop.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

• Experience in a general engineering or fabrication workshop
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team
