Levno, Auckland-based agritech, seeks an Engineering Team Lead to guide a talented team and shape the platform's future. This role blends hands-on technical leadership with people management, reporting to the CTO and working with Product, UX and Quality to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading software teams and performance management.
• Hands-on across design, architecture, deployment and support.
• Strong grasp of software architecture and API design.
• Experience with cloud platforms, distributed systems and production environments.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching and developing your team, with regular feedback and growth conversations.
• Owning predictable delivery, balancing quality, speed and business value.
• Keeping systems reliable, secure and performing well while managing technical debt.
• Collaborating with Product, UX, Quality and Customer Success to align priorities with customer needs.
• Improving how we work through tooling, automation and engineering standards.
