• Extensive administrative experience, ideally including student support within a university or complex organisation.
• Excellent ICT skills, including Microsoft 365, Adobe and shared drives, with proficiency in Excel to maintain and organise data.
• Excellent organisational, time management and interpersonal skills, with ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a professional approach when working with diverse groups.
• Experience in events coordination and project administration, from planning to delivery.

Aufgaben

• Provide comprehensive administrative and office support to the Dean, School Manager, staff and students.
• Support postgraduate applications, enrolments, examinations and grade processing; manage student and staff information.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, events, outreach activities and communications for the School.
• Assist with purchasing, travel, meetings and events; contribute to continuous improvement of administrative systems.
