Job summary

Canstaff Canterbury workshop in New Zealand is seeking an experienced Engineering Foreman to lead our busy team in installing and repairing farm equipment. This hands-on leadership role requires coordinating workflow, mentoring staff, and ensuring safety and quality across daily operations.

Our client is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Engineering Foreman to lead our busy workshop team to install and repair farm equipment across Canterbury.

With decades of industry experience, our client provides high-quality equipment and practical solutions designed to meet the evolving needs of their customers.

This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone who can confidently manage staff, coordinate workflow, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

About the Role
