Job summary

Future Secure AI is seeking an Engagement Lead to own the full lifecycle from discovery to production deployment. You will lead the team that translates client needs into AI solutions, owning outcomes and guiding strategic value delivery for enterprise clients.

You will interact with senior stakeholders, structure compelling business cases, and drive execution across cross-functional teams. This role requires accountability, ownership, and a track record in complex financial sector programs.

As an Engagement Lead at FSAI, you own the full lifecycle. Discovery through Proof of Concept, MVP, and production deployment. You lead the team that builds. You are accountable for the outcome, not just the analysis.

What You Will Do

Working directly with enterprise clients, you will structure business cases and value drivers tied to strategic outcomes, translate client needs into scoped AI solutions, design AI Co-Worker logic and deployment roadmaps.. You will represent FSAI at executive and steering committee level throughout.

What You Will Bring

Experience with AI, automation, or advanced analytics is valued. Hands-on technical development is not required.
