Job summary

Future Secure AI in Auckland is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (AI) to help us build our products and platform. You’ll switch between hands-on coding and broader product discussions, thriving when problems are ambiguous and collaboration deepens customer understanding.

You’ll deliver secure, model-agnostic AI solutions for enterprise environments, integrating LLM frameworks and orchestration tools such as LangChain or LangGraph, with Node.js and TypeScript.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience with hands-on AI work.
• Strong coding fundamentals; Node.js and TypeScript used.
• Experience with AI frameworks and orchestration tools such as LangChain or LangGraph.
• Experience building systems where security and data governance are first-class design constraints.

Responsibilities

• Build AI Co‑Worker systems enabling enterprise deployments.
• Ensure platform remains model‑agnostic, integrating LLMs and AI frameworks.

We’re hiring Senior Software Engineers (AI) to help us build our products and platform. You’ll work closely with engineering and customer delivery teams, moving between hands‑on engineering and broader product and business conversations. What you’ll be doing:

• Building AI Co‑Worker systems that enable enterprise customers to deploy persona‑based AI Co‑Workers that perform complex, end‑to‑end operational workflows through their own secure platform.
• Ensuring our platform remains model‑agnostic, integrating LLMs and AI frameworks from both established and emerging vendors.
• Building and integrating secure, scalable APIs across large‑scale enterprise environments.
• Working closely with customers to deeply understand their needs and make sure solutions exceed their expectations.

Your application should demonstrate:

• 7+ years of software development experience with recent hands‑on AI work.
