Responsibilities
- Own delivery lifecycle across Discovery → Build → Validation → Deployment → Scale.
- Drive predictable, high‑quality delivery across multiple squads.
- Track delivery health and lead mitigation.
- Lift productivity using code reuse, AI tools & design standards.
- Hold teams accountable through data and operating metrics.
- Partner with Engagement Leads to shape delivery roadmaps.
- Communicate direction clearly to executives and customers.
- Foster a culture of accountability, learning and high performance.

- Support hiring, onboarding & capability development
- Promote trust, psychological safety & cohesion
- Allocate resources across squads and resolve conflicts
- Manage medium‑and long‑term workforce planning
- Partner with People & Talent on recruitment priorities
- Identify capacity constraints early
