Job summary

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora in Hamilton is seeking an Associate Charge Nurse Manager for Endoscopy to provide clinical and operational leadership in a busy service. You will work with the Charge Nurse Manager to support workforce planning, quality improvement, and staff development.

The Waikato Endoscopy Service performs 30–40 procedures daily with a team of 33 staff. You will lead daily operations, promote patient safety, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to achieve service
