In this dynamic role, you’ll be the trusted first point of contact for end users, delivering end-to-end support and ensuring a seamless technology experience for our people.
As an End User Support Engineer, you’ll provide both Level 1 and Level 2 support across a broad range of hardware, software and digital workplace technologies. You’ll manage incidents and service requests from initial response through to resolution, while also supporting the escalation and resolution of more complex technical issues.
Working across both Service Desk and Field Support, you’ll combine strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a genuine passion for customer service. Whether supporting users via phone, remote tools or onsite visits, you’ll play a key role in keeping our technology services running smoothly and efficiently.
We’re looking for a customer-focused Service Desk or End User Technology support professional who combines strong technical expertise with a passion for delivering exceptional support experiences. You’ll be confident working across both Service Desk and End User Technology environments, in particular with Microsoft technologies. Your ability to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and build positive relationships with users at all levels of the organisation will be your key to success.
Our End User Support Engineers are approachable and thrive on delivering outstanding customer service to all Kainga Ora employees.
This role has an on-call component. Flexibility to work outside standard business hours and willingness to participate in on-call or standby rosters is essential.
